By submitting a brand name or related information through the Brand Analysis feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
Data Storage
The information you submit, including brand names and related inputs, will be stored securely in our systems.
History and User Interface
- Your submitted analyses may appear in your personal sidebar history for easier access and management.
- You may remove items from your visible history at any time. Removing an item will only hide it from your interface and will not permanently delete the data from our internal systems.
Internal Use and Improvements
The submitted data may be used internally by Incode Group to improve our products, analytics models, and service quality.
Marketing and Research Purposes
Brand names and related metadata may be aggregated and used by Incode Group for marketing insights, trend analysis, and internal research.
No Confidential Information
You agree not to submit confidential or sensitive information that you are not authorized to share.
Data Protection
Incode Group will handle all stored data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
